2 things! 1. Unfortunately, participating in rush will probably have eliminated you from the NPHC intake process. I don't know for sure but I don't think the girls in the black sororities are too welcoming towards a girl who has picked them as a second choice. 2. I don't think my sorority has had this situation since I've been here so I'm not sure how it works, but you're bound to a bid for a year. If you have decided you may want to be in the sorority that gave you a bid, you can always email them and say something about how you were just caught up in emotions and you were wrong to drop. Definitely not guaranteed but worth a shot.
