Every time my sisters and I go there we have an awesome time! They are down to earth guys who are nice and don't just expect me to sleep with them because they are in a fraternity, which is a nice change of pace compared to when I go to Old Row houses. They seem to be getting better every year too and their last pledge class was pretty good. Yes, they're new but they throw good parties and are great guys. They're living in Theta Chi's house now so that's good too. I would accept the bid if you like the guys!
