Since our alumni donated something like $203 million for Greek housing projects, I'd have to say that no, GPhi did not have financial issues. Stop trying to place blame. Whenever a house is constructed, especially a very opulent and large house, there is bound to be a snag in the planning/construction. It's better to take time to make sure the house is soundly built, than have to face poorly planned issues that may arise down the road. That said, we can hope Zeta's new house will be done by Fall '16, but you can't expect it. Good things are worth waiting for. :)
