No way this can be determined, not for weeks, if ever, because it is subjective. Has OP personally viewed and interviewed all new pledges? Has original poster compiled and reviewed the grades and activities of all new pledges. From what I have seen, it looks like everyone had a great recruitment. You MIGHT be able to determine this by next semester when you see who stayed in, what activities they have and what grades they have. Even then, a true review is virtually impossible. Please stop this self serving BS
