I don't go hear, but randomly read this page because it's so different from greeklife I've seen. But the strongest nationally(having actually visited chapters in every region) is hands down Kappa, Theta and Alpha Phi. Theta's alum base is insane and have a solid presence nationally besides California where they only really have a few top chapters. Kappa once again is beyond strong nationally and seems to have a decent southern presence. Alpha Phi completely dominates the entire west coast as well as parts of the Mid-West, North and New England. Both Miss America 2015 and Miss USA 2015 were initiated into Alpha Phi(although Miss America was kicked out). The first woman treasurer of the U.S.A. was an Alpha Phi along with Frances E Willard... the main woman you should thank for women's right to vote. Most any republican politicians wife was a Theta. Ralph Lauren's daughter was a Theta. Melinda Gates was a Theta. Same with Tory Burch. (Basically Theta is the wife house) Kate Spade was a Kappa. Lo Bosworth, Sophia Bush, Mariska Hargitay among MANY other actresses were in Kappa. Kappa had two First Ladies. Quite honestly, the houses that are traditionally strong in the south aren't that nationally strong.
