Strongest: Kappa Kappa Gamma, Delta Delta Delta, Chi Omega Very strong: Pi Beta Phi, Kappa Alpha Theta, Delta Gamma, Alpha Phi Strong in the south (not including TX): Alpha Delta Pi, Zeta Tau Alpha, Kappa Delta, Phi Mu Strong in certain regions of the country/certain chapters, but not really nationally: Alpha Chi Omega, Delta Zeta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Gamma Phi Beta Not strong: Alpha Gamma Delta This is my opinion, so you might agree or you might not, it isn't a factual list. It's important to remember that this really doesn't matter. Each organization has really strong chapters and really weak chapters. For example - if you're a DDD, you may be in a strong national & UA sorority, but if you move to Colorado after you graduate, you will be living where their chapters aren't quite as strong. But it doesn't matter! You still have the same experience and the same amazing sisters! Go where you feel at home! Where you can laugh and be yourself all the time! Go where you will look back in 20 years from wherever you live in the world at the wonderful memories you made with all your best friends, no matter the letters! That is all that is important. That being said, yes there are strong national sororities and weak national sororities, and strong and weak sororities at every school, just like at UA. But being part of a strong sorority isn't going to give you better sisters, better friendships, better memories, etc. Go where you feel at home, nationally strong or not.
