Unless Phi Mu was cultivating the relationship with her on snap chat during the no-contact period, there would be no dirty rushing. But if the PNM is snapping actives with those kind of photos, you would assume was a not just the PNM shooting them pics out of the blue. There at least is implied some ongoing conversation or interaction, which would be a violation of the social media restrictions. This stuff happens all the time (off the record cultivating) during the summer, though.
