What are ways the UA houses make such large chapters "feel small" in terms of promoting sisterhood? Are there like clubs within the chapter, or small groups on majors and interests, and stuff like that? With large chapters and lots of girls who know each other already from camps and high school, how do girls from the outside of those circles work in if they are shy (like me). Just wondering.
