^^ That person is dumb. Every house is going to tell you that they have the best sisterhood, and honestly, most of them probably believe that they do. There's no way for me to know how a sisterhood is in another house. I can tell you, though, that Pi Phi and Phi Mu are both known for having a really bad sisterhood (though I couldn't tell you if it's true or not). My Pi Phi roommate last year came home crying all of the time because she said her sisters were mean, but that isn't going to be true for all of the women in that house. DG and Gamma Phi are both said to have good sisterhoods, though they're always ranked to the bottom.
