You have to go through recruitment to get a snap bid. The time for snap bids is ON BID DAY so that time is over. You could sign up for COB. I don't know if any houses are doing COB, though. Panhellenic will know - call or e-mail them. Yes, you could sign up for COB in the spring. Not all the sororities participate. Nobody will know who's doing it until after the semester starts. It will depend on how many in that chapter graduated, resigned, dropped out of school or transferred.
