I see frat rankings on here all the time and I just don’t think you can compare old row frats to new row ones. Not the old row is inherently better or that new row is completely worse, just don’t think they compare in the same way. Top PKP/SX/ATO Pi Kapp has struggled after last year but they still do their thing, Sig chi is pretty standard, and if ChatGPT had to create a fraternity it’d prob be them, ATO continues to do what they do best which is apparently study and look smug from the balcony. Lower Top OX/KS/Pike Theta chi is hard cuz if u ask a freshman Gphi, they’ll say their gods gift to this school, but they’re not all that liked, especially by other frats. Kappa sig has surprised a lot of ppl by actually acting like a uni frat. If this was just a party ranking then pike would be top, but it’s not so they aren’t. Mid Sig ep/phi psi/dchi Sig ep is the definition of mid, phi psi will bid anyone with a pulse, and dchi is about the best you can get while still being a jeffy. Low(Jefferson) Most of the Jefferson’s are just irrelevant, some throw fairly well(chi phi/zbt), while others try to gain relevance by getting involved on campus (DTD/LXA). Also need to remember that like a third of Jefferson just recently got their houses and don’t really even know what to do other than raise dues.
