The top row is where PNM’s think that they want to go- either due to TikTok or because they recruit during rush very, very well. But, once you pull back the curtain by the end of year 2, most of the “looks” girl houses realize their relationship with their sorority is superficial. Many feel they got love-bombed and realize too late that it was never about them but about making frats want to mix with them. Unless girls are on exec, they start checking out after football season junior year. Check out houses that actually have seniors on their staircases during recruiting. They chose to leave their internships to spend time with their friends and help their house. Old Row houses focus on girls that want to build connections- period. That’s why they have so many upperclassmen.
