Last year there were a few upperclassmen who weren't happy with their experience anymore and wanted to bring it to exec. One of girls sent a survey around her pledge class asking things like "are you satisfied with our sisterhood" and "do you think we need improvement" there were a lot of responses to the survey that basically confirmed that some upperclassmen were unhappy. Exec ended up calling the girl who made the survey into a meeting, and effectively kicked her out by quickly changing around some chapter rules. She made a series of videos about this but has taken them down. I don't know her personally but I heard that they ended up letting her back in.
