When you are filling up a bucket that has a steady leak, you have to use a lot more water than for one that doesn't leak. So your "growth" % of water usage is much higher. Because APhi takes the largest new member class each fall from quota plus and fall COB, then loses so many of them over the break that they have to then take huge COB numbers in spring to refill, but then lose so many again over summer, then has to start the whole thing over again with the quota plus and fall COB etc. Year after year. They can't retain their members like the other houses. So yeah if you are only counting intake without the drops as "growth" then okay APhi wins yay.
