Advice to PNMs: fall in love with the house that falls in love with you. Forget about the ranks. They don’t matter despite the garbage on GR. Your sorority experience will be so good if you are in a house that is excited to have you as a member. As you go through recruitment week, you will know the houses that really want you and feel lucky to have gotten you. Those are the ones you’ll have the best time in once you join. Take notes on who was the nicest and kindest to you and rank the houses in that order. If you do this, I guarantee you’ll have a great recruitment and you substantially increase your chance of having a fun 4 years. I feel bad for the OP. I’m so sorry your experience has been so disappointing.
