@ok it does matter. you have to look at the number of active members and new members each semester on the grade reports. using aphi in spring 2022 their total membership total was 342, but that was with adding 50 more cob members that spring and still not even close to total. then in fall 2022 they started with 238 active members and had to add 204 more members in fall with a huge nm class and cob. they still could not hit total and still doing cob in spring 2023. so the mem total doesn’t mean anything when you are constantly needing to replace huge numbers that drop out. that’s a retention problem. why do so many drop?
