Return rates only matter to a point. If you drop a large number of girls that want your house, then come pref night, you’re going to lose girls to other houses they pref as their #1. That doesn’t make your house less desired overall. You want a statistical analysis, but base your statement on an “I hear” rumor and false info on Kappa?
