Anyone who actually goes here knows that you can’t compare Old Row and New Row because they pull different crowds. I may do a separate OR rank later but here’s New Row: TOP: Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, Pi Kapp (no order to this tier as long as you have Pi Kapp third - their recent PC brought down their reputation) UPPER: SigEp, Pike, DTD, DX (this tier should be in this order. SigEp is definitely on the rise, Pike is definitely on the decline, and DTD/DX are the only two Jefferson houses that matter currently) MID: ATO, Beta, Phi Psi, Kappa Sigma (ATO is good - they just have a very specific crowd they pull. Beta could be a tier higher though Phi Psi is not as good as everyone thinks they are. Kappa Sigma is here just because they’re getting the new house in a few years) LOWER: Lambda Chi, ZBT (these are just the only two other Jefferson houses worth mentioning - anything not on here is a bottom house)
