Houses at the top of that grade list are doing way more than “both” (including AGD). Their members are highly involved all over campus and have friends in other sororities and frats. They all have pageant winners, girls with looks, and girls who like to party. Top houses can also select for higher grades and they have to make deep cuts during rush because of their high return rates. You don’t know anything about anyone’s swaps because you weren’t invited. If you pledged your house because you thought you would be in with frat guys, no wonder you are pissed. If your idea of social is swaps just fyi: top frats only have about 40 nms and even the larger frats only have about a third as many members as a sorority. Not a smart way to choose a sisterhood. Smart doesn’t mean boring and hot doesn’t mean dumb. It’s 2023. You can only pick from the houses that invite you back. Sorry you didn’t have those choices. Focus on the house you joined instead of obsessing about the ones that dropped you.
