Right -- in almost all cases, your undergrad doesn't matter. If you do well, you can get into a top-tier grad school. The only exception that I know of is if you want to work on Wall Street. Then an Ivy League degree (either undergrad or grad) is desirable for certain careers in certain firms. But you can still have a great career there without one.
