Wish I knew who you are talking about. Any hints? I'm not on Instagram much, but I saw a couple Phi Mus followed me recently. One has a little above 4,000 followers. I don't want to follow her back if she's just gonna use me as a follower and ditch me. Are many Phi Mus like this or are girls like the clout chaser mentioned the exception?
