KD and Kappa are dying a slow death as more and more OOS and OOR PNMs go through recruitment. They are not top for soooo many PNMs and are even less respected after recruitment once pledges understand they are so provincial. Glad you mentioned the connection piece too. For many OR houses, its ALL about the connections you have in the house.
