It is an extremely competitive process. To be frank, being OOS, I would focus more on New Row houses. Even if you got a bid from OR, you will feel like an outsider. Look at Zeta and Aphi if you want a party/ looks house, ADPi/ PiPhi/ DZ if you want a great sisterhood, Phi Mu is probably one OR houses that is changing with the times - welcoming more OOS and women of color. Stay far away from KD and Kappa.
