For the houses that all Southern girls want (PM, AXO, KKG, XO), none of your stats stand out. You will need to know Actives because so many other (not all but most) PNMs trying to get bids from these houses already do. For KD, there is no getting a bid unless you are Southern and have a ton of KD connections. For Zeta and Aphi, your grades won’t mean much but the way you look will matter the most. Just keep in mind, all houses are good on this campus. Find a house that wants you and will be nice to you and welcome you into their sisterhood. So many PNMs have mental breakdowns because they got released by their top choices in round 1, 2, 3. It’s so dumb. It’s super competitive. I can say that loud enough. PNMs don’t choose, the houses choose you. Be kind, put together, and chatty and you’ll be fine. And stop yourself from trying to be TikTok famous.
