This is so rude but I decided to go ahead and set you straight, because you obviously don’t know anything about Bama. National Merit posted their annual report for 2019-2020 a couple of months ago, that lists all the colleges attended by NMF entering freshman for fall 2020. Top 10 colleges with most NMF: 1. University of Florida (342) 2. University of Southern California (316) 3. University of Chicago (241) 4. University of Alabama (223) 5. Northwestern (216) 6. Vanderbilt (214) 7. UT-Dallas (197) 8. Texas A&M (195) 9. Harvard (183) 10. Stanford (172) That’s right- Alabama is fourth. So take your stupid comments back because we have fantastic programs here and our honors college is one of the best in the nation. University of Florida offered the Benaquisto full COA scholarship to out of state students in 2020 and 2021, but it has been discontinued for OOS for fall 2022. I’ll be curious to see how many incoming more NMF freshmen Alabama has this year- and how many more we will get next year. Oh by the way I am one and I chose Alabama over an Ivy League because they offered so much for scholarships and because of the research opportunities and study abroad programs available here.
