Alpha Phi lost 53 members 2019-2020 and 57 members 2020-2021. Did spring rush both years. Zeta Tau Alpha lost 40 in 19-20 and 44 in 20-21 and did spring rush both years. Both Zeta and Alpha Phi had to do COB Spring 2022: Zeta 10 and Alpha Phi a whopping 50. Maybe if the girls you recruited had higher GPAs, we wouldn’t need to keep explaining to you the statistics that clearly show you have poor retention.
