Yes and no. PM always has really good return numbers but I agree a higher number doesn’t mean a better pledge class by any stretch and there is literally no way to accurately determine that. From what I can tell both PM and AXO both got really strong pledge classes this year. While that’s the example being used here, the logic applies to all house quota numbers.
