Ok so hi! I have been following Rushtok. I went to a school in the north. I just am so confused by new vs old row. It seems like a lot of “new row” houses would be considered the top tier bc they have gorgeous, involved girls. Are all the old row houses REALLY considered top tier? From what I’ve seen… yikes
