If you are a PNM and got back two houses that aren't your favorite, do not drop out and assume you will get a house that released you via COB. That's not how it works. First, MOST houses will not be doing COB. The popular houses never participate. And, with so many PNMs this year and last year, I wonder how many houses will have to this year. Second, if my house released you during formal recruitment, we would not give you a bid via COB either. Once you're released, we don't reconsider.
