The likelihood of getting a snap bid is very low; there are not many of them given, and are nothing to count on. You are only eligible to receive a snap bid if you were dropped by all houses or if you dropped out voluntarily. If you sign the MRABA card and receive a bid you are not eligible for a snap. Any house not meeting quota can snap before bids go out, and a pnm who got farther in the rounds with them before dropping out would be who they target. A house that dropped you early on is not going to snap you. Snap bids are few and far between.
