From that code of conduct “Invasion of another’s privacy, where that person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, including, but not limited to, creating, making, possessing, storing, sharing, or distributing unauthorized audio, video, digital, or photographic images of a person taken in a location in which that person has a reasonable expectation of privacy.”
