Dear tiktok peeps - Alabama is a southern university. As such the old southern sororities (which struggle everywhere else in the country) really slam the non-traditional southern sororities. Examples are Kappa Kappa Gamma, Kappa Alpha Theta, Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Phi, Gamma Phi Beta. Theta and Alpha Phi get the most horrible bashing because they are extremely strong nationally and the southern sororities are intimidated. Of the original four women's greek organizations (KKG,KAT,APhi,PBP), only Kappa has been able to get to the top level here.
