Best advice I got/gave - Pick the house where you'd feel comfortable taking a shlt. Don't worry about clout/what other people say. The truth is that on campus no one cares about these ranks. They're irrelevant. EVERY house has great people in it, EVERY house has some people you're not going to get along with. Get a good vibe and trust/follow your gut!
