10 to 22 OOR members.. out of 400+ members when 70% of the pnms have been coming from out of state for years now? Last year the numbers on UA website stated 2500 pnms with approximately 600 of them coming from in state. If a chapter has 20 OOR members, that is around 5%? How is this right? Where are your nationals during recruitment week, because there’s something really not right with these numbers. What good does it do to get rid of legacy policies if the alums and chapter purposely shut out anyone that is from OOR? I guess it can’t be called racism- but it’s no better.
