I will be part of the recruitment process in a few short months. I would really like to know what some of the houses view a top pnm to be? I understand membership selection is secret, but I am curious how I stack up. Do you want a gpa of 3.5 or better? Are you looking for someone who was in a variety or activities? Is service really important? How much do you weigh how someone looks, their body type and even their clothing? I prefer to hear honest responses and I am ready for tough replies.
