Yeah. For the middle and bottom tiers, it would be hard to rank the houses within those tiers. Meaning, DDD is going to be preferred over AGD to some girls, or DZ is going to be preferred to DG to some girls but that doesn’t mean those houses are better. Different vibes. The bottom houses are really transitioning. Aphi and Gphi used to be the top of that tier but given their internal drama and the strength of other houses’ pledge classes the last two years, that is all questionable right now. I think the next two years will really shake things up for NR. The middle tier is pretty solid and its hard to predict if any of those houses can make a run for top tier status. PiPhi may be the next NR house to reach top tier but I doubt that will happen while I’m still here. In the top tier, XO may be the only house that is losing ground with so many PNMs coming from OOR that don’t get that ultra Southern vibe but they are in no way in any real trouble because they remain a house Southern girls want.
