Setting the record straight regarding what the New Row fraternities are. Pi Kapp LXA Kappa Sigma Delta Chi Theta Chi Pike ATO Delta Tau Delta Sigma Chi ZBT These are the original New Row houses. Beta, Sig Ep, Phi Psi, AKL and the rest were never on New Row. The shift of New Row Houses to University is relatively new. There are still New Row houses on Jefferson. And there are houses on University that were never considered New or Old Row (Phi Psi). All of Old Row is affiliated with the Machine. And all of the New Row houses listed above are as well except for ATO, Sig Ep, AKL and Phi Psi.
