If you really wanted to you could calculate it from the grade report based on the past 4 pledge classes vs current total actives. Example (not to pick on either of these houses, just looked at top and bottom of 2020 grade report) 2017-2020 total NMs for AGD: 474 2020 fall total actives: 410 4 year retention rate: 86% 17-20 total NMs for alpha phi: 725 2020 fall actives: 391 4 year retention rate: 54%
