I get your point, you trying to help PNMs by grouping the University Blvd fraternities by stereotypes. There is some truth to how you listed them. Some houses have stronger appeal to those who come from Alabama and some from outside of Alabama. Though PNMs should choose the house they feel the best connection with, regardless of the stereotype.
