zta is a top tier house, they’re just not the top house because they’re not well rounded enough. old biddies on here are just mad bc they’re NR, but they are considered top tier. they’re easily the hottest girls on campus and they appeal to a lot of pnms and frats. zta is one of the sororities that gives you a reallyyyy active social life. their sisterhood is alright, kinda cliquey but like everyone mentioned above ztas all seem to really love being in zta. they don’t have the best grades or retention either. zta has its positives and negatives just like any other house. i preffed there and would’ve gone there if i hadn’t loved my house so much! i still have a bunch of zeta friends and they’re chill, fun girls.
