You have to be very committed to be paying 8,000+ per year in this environment. It’s REALLY NOT worth it. It comes down to pressure/threats of future social impacts keeping people paying. No Mayer how much money Dad has, the value isn’t there for many. Can’t believe more girls aren’t dropping everywhere. Houses are in a tough spot. If they give concessions or suspend payments/membership they’d have no income. But they all have huge burdens given house expenses and new house mortgages of $10M+ and as Bama chapters are many sororities larger/largest chapters loss of income impacts nationals as well. It’s a big deal, but hardly because some houses have to COB.
