There is some stupid logic on display based on responses. To say WOC are only tokens, because each house only has a few is flawed based on who many WOC sign up for rush? If more WOC rushed than the houses would have more diverse members. You can't bid non-existent prospects. WOC should be encouraged to rush not told BS based on history. Yes, 20 years ago a WOC had no chance of getting a bid though today it is a different story.
