This isn’t accurate. 1. No one except a KD considers KD a top house. Don’t get me wrong, they’re definitely a strong house but they’re definitely not top. 2. Zeta is not a top house either nor are they on par with houses like Alpha Chi and Chi O. But again don’t get me wrong, Zeta is a solid house... but comparatively, houses like Chi O, Alpha Chi, and Phi Mu always have the upper hand during rush - true top houses have their pick of the truly top PNMs. 3. GPhi and APhi are both bottom tier houses. To make a long story short, both houses take a lot of grade and reputation risks who are “cute and fun” which ultimately hurts their reputation and creates internal issues with sisterhood, grades, etc.
