The comment explains DZ perfectly. They’ve made improvements but they’re otherwise still a bottom tier house (nothing wrong with being a bottom tier house either). They have a long way to go with PNM interest, reputation, grades, involvement, retention, etc. Also, yes, they sell rank on here SO much.
