Also I want to add: Just as a good PC doesn’t bump a house up in ranks and change their reputation, a bad PC one year doesn’t bump a house down in ranks nor does it change their entire reputation. Specifically, Phi Mu is a solid top house. Even if they did have a “bad” PC one year it doesn’t negate the fact that they have a strong reputation and a ton of PNM interest (and this also applies to the other true top houses).
