Why split up everything so much? DZ, GPhi, and AOPi (and arguably DG and APhi) are all bottom tier. They’re still GREAT houses but they all have major improvements to make. And more importantly, some of these houses lack significant PNM interest. Also, while getting a “good” PC is important, it doesn't automatically bump a house up in ranks and it surely doesn’t magically change their overall reputation on campus. That said, AGD and KD need to be brought down to middle tier.
