Pro-tip, it doesn't-it shows they can't afford to build or buy readily, especially not at a high dollar school like UA. If they had money to buy, they would. Also, they manage freaking "dorm chapters" and consider it part of their catalog. The UA development plan is relevant since it shows upcoming construction, buddy. Even the most current updates to the major plan released doesn't show Sig Tau development. It has never been discussed by the Trustees, who are usually discussing construction years in advance. The Greek office doesn't know about it, because it doesn't exist. If you're being told that, your president is lying to you to avoid destroying morale and crumpling the chapter even faster.
