The Sig Tau troll loves to push buttons and keep claiming they building a house when they have been proven to be lying through their teeth time and time again. Fact, the university requires that a chapter maintain over 100 members consistently Fact, the university requires that a chapter have commit dollars to fully fund the construction before they even consider a development project Fact, the university already has a 5 year plan that shows the only location anybody is going to build a house is on Bryce Lawn Drive and the only houses that have spots are ZBT and Chi Phi because they are losing their current house locations.
