The WPN Housing Company, which Sig Tau Nationals operates to manage its property (and is who UA Sig Tau would beg for the credit or assistance to build a new house), only seems to own three buildings total. The rest are managed (rented). Two of those owned buildings are the endowment HQ and Fraternity HQ. WPN doesn't have millions to support a new UA chapter house. Sig Tau is up the creek without a paddle.
