Falling houses are most dramatically A Phi. They lost most of their members and are trying to rebuild. The current girls are not like their older ones. Also having financial problems. KD - falling because they can't recruit top girls anymore. AGD is also in this position. They're still going after the same small town Alabama girls they always have. Those girls are less wanted now. Theta has been a bottom house for a long time and they are getting worse because of the girls they're taking. Rising most dramatically is G Phi. I think it dates back to when they got their new house but idk if that's what started their rise. People that haven't been around for years still rate them at the bottom but they're not there anymore. DDD is rising. They're pretty much able to recruit whichever girls they want and they want the best. Pi Phi and maybe Zeta are rising too. This is mostly on the basis of the looks of the girls in their new pcs.
